Q. What are your Check-in and Check-out times?
A. Check-in is at 3:00 P.M. and Check-out is at 10:30 AM
Q. What do we need to bring? What is supplied in the Rental?
A. Our rental is fully furnished with all linens, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, dishes and they have full kitchens. We also supply you with a starter supply of soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels; as well as a Washer and Dryer. All you need to bring is your own food, charcoal for the grill and we recommend bringing extra towels for hot tub use. We provide you with a starter supply of firewood. Please bring the detailed directions that we send you before you leave your house.
Q. How do I make my Reservations? Do you require a deposit?
A. You can simply call us . To reserve the cabin we require 50% down, and the rest will be due prior to 4 weeks before arrival date. Once we receive your final payment, , we will send you detailed Directions to the property. You will not need to check into an office to get your key, you can drive straight to the cabin.
Q. Do you allow pets in the rentals?
A. Based on feedback from former clientele, we do not allow pets or smoking for health and cleanliness reasons.
Q. Do you charge a cleaning fee, per person fee or a hot tub fee?
A. NO we don't.
Q. Do we need to clean the Rental when we leave?
A. We ask that you bag all trash and put it in the outside trash cans. We also ask that you load and run the dishwasher.
Q. Do you have a minimum night stay?
A. Yes we require a 2 night stay minimum and 3 nights for holidays and premium days.
We don't do 1 night rentals.
Q. Is there a minimum age for renting ?
A. Yes, you must be 21 years or older.
